• Harass, abuse, or harm other members – Share false, misleading, or harmful content – Spam or excessively self-promote – Violate others’ privacy or intellectual property rights – Use the platform for commercial solicitation without permission – Share login credentials or access with non-members – Scrape, copy, or redistribute community content without permission
• You retain ownership of content you post – By posting, you grant us a license to display and distribute your content within the platform – You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you share – We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
• Violation of these Terms of Use – Behavior that harms the community – Inactivity for extended periods – Any reason at our discretion
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
• The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind – We are not responsible for content posted by members – We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service – Advice shared by members is not professional advice
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Melanated Creative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
